Weapons

Recoil has been increased and the intensity depends on what type of weapon it is

Each weapon's damage has been modified in regards to its caliber

Modifed damage is balanced between realism and fun

Bullets will now have to travel, each weapon has its own bullet speed

Accuracy for the cops and gangs are more realistic

Gameplay

Stealth kills are less likely to cause police attention

NPCs have more weight to them when shot

Realistic health for pedestrians, some die quickly and some can survive a big hit

NPCs will be in an injured state after being shot or hit by a car

Melee combat is faster paced

Punching damage is decreased

Health packs, armor, and guns need a button press to be picked up
